Here’s how to book:

Submit Your Request via Calendly

Enter your name, email, and select a date/time for your Zoom intake.

Check Your Email

You’ll receive a DocuSign packet with the Terms of Use and Consent Agreement.

Sign & Submit

Your zoom session will be confirmed only once the documents are completed.

Zoom Confirmation

Once confirmed, you’ll receive full session details during the scheduled zoom call.
