Welcome to The Cuddle Experience. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using our website, booking services, or communicating with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book any services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Cuddle Experience offers non-sexual, platonic, touch-based services that prioritize connection, comfort, and emotional well-being. Any attempt to sexualize, misrepresent, or misuse our services will result in immediate termination without refund and possible blacklisting from future bookings.

Held in private, secure, agreed-upon locations such as private offices, wellness spaces, or public parks where safety and comfort can be ensured.

Clients requesting services at their home or private space must:

• Complete a pre-screening and consent form prior to confirmation.
   
• Share a government-issued ID for identity verification.
   
• Ensure the location is clean, safe, and conducive to a platonic professional session.
   

We reserve the right to decline or terminate any outcall session if the environment feels unsafe, unclean, or violates the boundaries of platonic cuddling.

• Clients outside the greater Los Angeles area (15+ miles) may request travel sessions with advance notice.
   
• Travel-related fees including transportation, lodging (if overnight), and a non-refundable deposit must be paid in full before the booking is confirmed.
   
• Refunds for travel sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
   

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.

You agree not to:

• Harass, solicit, touch inappropriately, or otherwise violate the consent of any Cuddle Practitioner.
   
• Attempt to negotiate sexual services or any behavior outside our boundaries.
   
• Use the platform for commercial, exploitative, or harmful purposes.
   

All content and media published by The Cuddle Experience—including session frameworks, visual branding, and written content—are protected and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason, including safety concerns.
   
• Cancel any booking if terms are violated, including harassment or inappropriate behavior.
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes will be resolved under California jurisdiction.

We understand that life happens. This policy outlines our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms to maintain mutual respect and safety for all sessions.

• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled session to avoid penalties.
   
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
   
• No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment are considered non-refundable.
   

Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

• A practitioner cancels or is unable to make the scheduled session.
   
• The client cancels at least 24 hours in advance and prefers a refund instead of rescheduling.
   
• Mutual agreement is made based on documented emergencies (at the practitioner’s sole discretion).
   

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Sessions where the client was late or unprepared.
   
• Clients who attempt to violate the conduct agreement or platonic boundaries.
   
• Any session marked as complete unless previously disputed and reviewed.
   

• Clients are allowed one free reschedule if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
   
• Additional rescheduling requests are subject to a $25 rebooking fee unless waived by the practitioner.
   

Outcall sessions require additional planning and safety review. Therefore:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled outcall will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover lost travel time and preparations.
   
• Outcall sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
   
• If the environment is deemed unsafe or violates the platonic agreement upon arrival, the practitioner reserves the right to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
   

For clients booking sessions outside the Los Angeles area:

• All travel-related fees and deposits are non-refundable once paid.
   
• If a session is cancelled after travel has already begun, no refunds will be issued.
   
• If travel must be rescheduled by the client, a new travel deposit may be required.
   

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made by email at:

At The Cuddle Experience, we hold space for deep connection, healing, and platonic intimacy. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all clients must agree to and abide by the following conduct standards.

All sessions are strictly non-sexual and platonic. Any attempt to initiate sexual behavior, innuendo, or boundary-crossing will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and may result in permanent blacklisting.

Clients agree to:

• Speak respectfully and clearly
   
• Refrain from using inappropriate, vulgar, or suggestive language
   
• Follow the practitioner’s lead when it comes to physical boundaries, positioning, or verbal tone
   

Clients must:

• Ask before initiating any touch
   
• Keep hands outside areas covered by undergarments or bathing suit zones
   
• Avoid kissing, groping, or pressing against the practitioner in a sexual manner
   
• Maintain hygiene before all sessions
   

Violation of physical boundaries = session ends immediately without refund.

If the session is held at the client’s home or an agreed-upon location:

• The environment must be clean, quiet, and safe
   
• No weapons, explicit materials, or other individuals may be present without prior consent
   
• Practitioners have the right to refuse entry or leave if the space feels unsafe or inappropriate
   

• Practitioners may say “no,” pause, or redirect at any time. The client is expected to respect this without challenge.
   
• Clients are encouraged to express comfort levels and needs, but practitioners are not obligated to fulfill every request.
   

• The Cuddle Experience reserves the right to require photo ID prior to confirming a booking.
   
• If a client exhibits aggressive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior, services may be suspended indefinitely.
   
• We reserve the right to deny future sessions without explanation.
   

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You’ve read and understood this Conduct Agreement
   
• You agree to abide by these terms in full
   
• You understand that violating any part of this agreement may lead to cancellation, denial of future service, and/or legal recourse if needed

The Cuddle Experience is a private practice committed to mutual trust, discretion, and emotional safety. These terms outline how we handle communication and confidentiality before, during, and after our sessions.

All information shared during intake, sessions, or follow-up communication is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:

• When legally required (e.g., court order or law enforcement investigation)
   
• When a client poses a danger to themselves or others
   
• When practitioner safety is compromised
   

We do not sell, rent, or disclose client information for any marketing purposes.

Approved forms of communication:

• Email: contact@thecuddleexperience.com (preferred for booking & changes)
   
• Text/Call: Number provided after intake (for confirmed clients only)
   

Please do not message via social media unless otherwise agreed.

Unsolicited contact after sessions or during off-hours will not be responded to and may result in blacklisting.

Clients agree to:

• Communicate respectfully and concisely
   
• Only reach out regarding session logistics, questions, or emotional check-ins directly related to a previous session
   
• Refrain from excessive messaging, flirtation, or personal commentary
   

If we encounter one another in a public space, the practitioner will not initiate acknowledgment unless you do. This is to protect your privacy and the therapeutic nature of our sessions.

If you choose to share a testimonial, you consent to its use on our website and social platforms. You may request anonymity or opt out at any time.

We will never share your image, name, or identifying details without written consent.

The following will result in an immediate ban from future sessions:

• Sending sexually explicit messages or images
   
• Stalking or tracking practitioner’s location
   
• Showing up uninvited at a session location or event
   

By booking a session, you agree to these terms and understand that any violation of our communication boundaries will result in permanent removal from our client list.

This document outlines the agreement between the client (“You”) and The Cuddle Experience (“Practitioner”) regarding participation in platonic, non-sexual cuddling sessions. Your signature affirms full understanding and agreement with the terms below.

I confirm that I am voluntarily engaging in a platonic cuddle session and understand:

• This is a non-sexual service focused on emotional and nervous system regulation.
   
• I may stop the session or request adjustments at any time.
   
• The practitioner may also end or redirect the session at their discretion, especially in cases of discomfort or boundary concerns.
   

I understand that:

• All touch must be consensual and within previously agreed-upon boundaries.
   
• I will remain fully clothed at all times.
   
• Any sexual advances, inappropriate comments, or boundary-pushing will immediately terminate the session without refund.
   

I affirm that:

• I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the session.
   
• I do not have any communicable condition that may place the practitioner at risk.
   
• I am in a stable emotional state to receive platonic touch. If I am in crisis, I understand this is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care.
   

I release The Cuddle Experience and its practitioners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in these sessions, including but not limited to:

• Physical discomfort or emotional triggers
   
• Reactions during or after the session
   
• Injury or incident resulting from outcall environments
   

I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to ensure my safety, but I accept full responsibility for my participation.

For outcall or in-home sessions:

• I confirm the space will be safe, quiet, and free of other people unless prior approval is given.
   
• I understand that practitioners reserve the right to leave if the environment feels unsafe or misaligned with boundaries, and I will not receive a refund in such cases.
   

By signing below, I affirm that I:

• Have read and understand this waiver
   
• Agree to all terms
   
• Accept full responsibility for my participation
   
• Am over the age of 18 and entering this agreement voluntarily
