Arousal is a natural response, but not an invitation. It will be addressed calmly and professionally.

No. The experience begins and ends within the session.

In a private office, vetted client homes, or agreed public spaces.

Because payment is collected at the start of the session, refunds are generally not applicable. However, the following conditions apply:

• If the practitioner cancels or is unable to hold the session, no payment will be collected.
   
• If the client is unable to attend and gives advance notice, rescheduling is encouraged.
   
• If a client arrives and the session cannot proceed due to mutual safety concerns or boundaries being crossed, the practitioner reserves the right to cancel the session without collecting payment.
   

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a rebooking fee for future sessions.

Yes—clients are allowed one free reschedule if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

Any additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a $25 rebooking fee, unless waived at the discretion of the practitioner.
